Return & Refund Policy — CoachedByB Collective
At CoachedByB Collective, all apparel is custom printed and fulfilled by a third party print and production partner on our behalf. This means we do not hold stock or handle physical products directly. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
What can be returned
We accept return requests for items that are faulty, damaged, or have a print error. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.
What cannot be returned
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Incorrect size selections made at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to accept returns for shipping delays or courier errors once an order has been dispatched.
How to request a return
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email brooke@coachedbyb.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Description of the fault or damage
- Photo of the item
Once we receive your request we will review it and get back to you within 5 business days to let you know next steps. Resolutions may include a replacement item or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the fault and in line with our production partner's assessment.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

As all products are custom made to order, refunds and replacements are assessed on a case by case basis in line with our production partner's policies. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve any issues on your behalf.
