Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping costs

A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders.

Delivery timeframes

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of your order for delivery. All products are custom printed and fulfilled by a third-party production partner on our behalf, which means production and dispatch times may vary. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our production partner or shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at brooke@coachedbyb.com.au and we will do our best to investigate on your behalf. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we are reliant on third party carriers to complete delivery and cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
